SGS Industrial Services, based in Dorf an der Pram, Upper Austria, received the complete installation contract from SIEMENS Energy in Germany for a type of next-generation turbine. The Austrian industrial installation specialist implemented the mechanical and electrical installation of the new and world's most powerful type of turbine, as part of the construction of a new gas and steam combined cycle power plant (CCPP) in the Lausward district of Duesseldorf. The new pioneering power plant can provide the power supply for 3.5 million people.
